The pizza baking stone can be used in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles, gas BBQs. The Pizza Stone fits Cadac Safari chef range of gas BBQs. This 12mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 300°C.
The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough. The result: a delicious and crispy pizza!
In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.
Cooking area: ø 25 cm
TIP: Simply clean the pizza stone with a cloth and do not use detergent and water as the pizza stones are very porous.
